JDyer Productions

We are a small group of audio drama enthusiasts who produce a variety of podcast distributed series. JDyer Productions was started by British broadcaster Jamie Dyer, who wanted an outlet for his interest in the medium. Performed entirely by volunteers, we aim to keep the spirit of American Old Time Radio alive through our various productions.

Our productions are largely inspired in flavour by the values and methods employed by the audio entertainment industry in its earliest days, when variety, comedy and pure entertainment were the main ingredients in many programs. Many of our productions are light-hearted and comedic in nature, while we hope to touch the listener with comfortable and familiar feeling material, characters and essence.

We aim to bring entertainment, imagination and escapism to both listeners and contributors, usually through a fairly minimal production style. Our emphasis is on creating a world through the consumer's own mind, through basically human stories and themes.
